During the pre-construction phase, our team works with the Owner and entire design team to review the concept and schematic design to perform constructability reviews, propose appropriate changes, develop schedule and safety plans. We consult with our trusted subcontractor base to identify long-lead items and commence the value engineering process.

Our philosophy dictates that 50% of the overall project is completed before we even break ground. Throughout construction, our entire staff thoroughly maintains coordinating procedures through completion and closeout.
