Project Overview
This design/build project for the Country Club at Woodmoor began with demolishing the existing pool and bathhouse before constructing replacement facilities. The gated area features a pool house with showers, toilets, lockers, a two-lane lap pool, a splash pad, and zero-entry play. A climbing wall cantilevers over the main, cast-in-place swimming pool and an 8-foot-tall fiberglass water slide playfully spills into the main pool.
The pump house, maintenance, and chemical storage building were reconfigured and re-utilized previous equipment as a cost-saving measure. Site work included sidewalks, site lighting, and a security fence.
