Town of Frisco - Visitor Information Center

Historic Building Renovation

Project Overview

Frisco's Old Town Hall, home to the Visitor Information Center and public restrooms, underwent a substantial renovation to ensure the facility continues to serve residents, visitors, and the local business community for years to come. The project included an extensive interior remodel, highlighted by the complete modernization of the public restrooms, which had not been updated since their original construction in 2001. To improve accessibility, a new ADA-compliant ramp was added to the front entrance of the Visitor Information Center. The building's HVAC and utility infrastructure were also replaced and upgraded, increasing energy efficiency while enhancing overall comfort for occupants. During construction, previously unknown structural issues were uncovered and promptly addressed, strengthening the building and preserving its historic role within Frisco's Old Town. The completed renovation ensures Old Town Hall remains a safe, accessible, and welcoming community asset well into the future.
