Summit Church

Summit Church

Summit Church was a fast-track construction project providing the congregation with a space that’s open and flexible concerning programming. The church’s exterior is primarily a masonry and precast construction that delivers a high-performance structure for minimal costs. AD Miller worked with the client and architect during the design process to find a balance between aesthetics and budget. The preplanning stages set the formwork for budgeting and project success. Our flexibility as a team makes course-correcting a project in the earliest stages deliver outstanding project value. AD Miller’s estimator’s approach is to save their client’s expenses upfront in the design process so that competitive pricing follows the project from the beginning instead of trying to cut costs at the end of the project. Interior materials such as simplified concrete floors eliminated traditional tile maintenance or carpet cleaning expenses. Sometimes the simple approach is best when choosing a building shell, interior finish, and coordinating construction in a timely manner.
