Iron Mountain RFTA Employee Housing

Project Overview

This project involves transforming an 18,579-square-foot motel into housing for employees. Each room now boasts kitchens equipped with commercial millwork, glass top ranges, convection microwaves, and solid surface counter tops. Extensive renovations were undertaken including rewiring the buildings, installing new HVAC units, and a full sprinkler system throughout the buildings with fire alarms.

Additionally, all plumbing fixtures were upgraded, and each building now features two new Rinnai water heating systems. A new 12-unit coin-operated laundry facility was constructed, and the outdoor space was enhanced with a renovated patio featuring a gas grill, as well as a landscaped lawn area.
