Redstone Bank - Tenant Improvement

Project Overview

A.D. Miller Services, Inc. served as the general contractor for a Redstone Bank tenant improvement project, delivering a full interior renovation to convert an existing space into a functional banking facility.

The scope included selective interior demolition, rough framing, drywall and ceiling systems, and installation of doors, frames, hardware, and glazing. Interior finishes consisted of millwork and casework, flooring, and paint and wallcoverings, along with specialty items such as fire extinguisher cabinets.

The project also included the installation and coordination of all major building systems, including HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and fire alarm, resulting in a fully updated and operational financial institution.
