Project Overview
A.D. Miller Services, Inc. served as the general contractor for the Redstone Bank project located in The Pinery West in Douglas County, Colorado, delivering a ground-up, approximately 11,200-square-foot financial institution with two stories and a partial basement.
The project included full core and shell construction featuring a steel stud structural system with steel decking and a building envelope of stucco and brick/stone veneer, along with a complete interior build-out.
Scope encompassed the installation and coordination of all major building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire suppression, resulting in a high-quality, fully operational banking facility.
