New free-standing facility was built in a high-traffic shopping area in Aurora, Colorado. Before construction could begin, the existing building was demolished. Construction consisted of spread footings, grade beam, slab on grade, steel frame, brick veneer, EIFS, wood trusses, and a tile roof. Interior service created a full-service credit union facility that also included a state-of-the-art security system.
