Castle Rock Bank purchased an existing building in Douglas County to completely remodel and open a new branch of their financial institution in Castle Pines. A.D. Miller Services, Inc. completed all of the remodeling and tenant improvement work.The exterior was refaced with stone veneer and a hard coat stucco system with a standing seam metal roof. Teller lines and all of the bank’s private offices were stained Alder with granite tops. Work also included a new electrical system, as well as the installation of a new hole less elevator. In addition, ten ant finish work was completed for Starbucks to move their equipment into the bank and site work improvements were made.
